Your first box will be dispatched immediately, members will then be charged on the 5th of every month and your box will be dispatched on the 15th of each month.
The Cocktail Man hates goodbyes, but you can indeed cancel or pause your subscription at any point. All you need to do is email us at hello@thecocktailman.co.uk stating your desire to cancel or pause and we'll take care of the rest.
Once payment has been taken on the 5th, we are unable to issue you with a refund unless the box is returned to us unopened or in resellable condition.

We currently offer free UK delivery on all orders. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within 48hrs.
Each letterbox cocktail kit from our shop measures a maximum of 250 x 170 x 45mm. Sometimes the kits can be smaller depending on the width of the bottles used within. Should you require a letterbox friendly cocktail kit you can head over to our letterbox section.
During checkout, input the recipient's address details within the shipping section and this will ensure your gift is delivered to the desired address.

The letterbox cocktails are sent within packaging that can fit through the letterbox and includes the ingredients to make 4 cocktails. The luxury cocktail kits are sent via a premium gift box, with the ingredients to make 4 cocktails - we cannot guarantee that this will fit through the letterbox.

Your order number will be a five-digit code which will be visible upon completion of your order, an email order confirmation receipt will also be sent to you after your purchase.
