The Cocktail Man hates goodbyes, but you can indeed cancel or pause your subscription at any point. All you need to do is email us at email@example.com stating your desire to cancel or pause and we'll take care of the rest.
Once payment has been taken on the 1st, we are unable to issue you with a refund unless the box is returned to us unopened or in resellable condition.
We currently offer free UK delivery. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered in 48 hours.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, and the precautionary measures we have undertaken, sometimes there can be a delay with deliveries but you will be notified of any such delays.
Each letterbox cocktail kit from our shop measures a maximum of 250 x 170 x 45mm. Sometimes the kits can be smaller depending on the width of the bottles used within. Should you require a letterbox friendly cocktail kit you can head over to our letterbox section.

The letterbox cocktails are sent within packaging that can fit through the letterbox and includes the ingredients to make 4 cocktails. The luxury cocktail kits are sent via a premium gift box, with the ingredients to make 4 cocktails - we cannot guarantee that this will fit through the letterbox.
