Managing Your Subscription

How do I manage my subscription?

Once you have signed up to our monthly tasting club you will receive an email link where you can manage your subscription.

When will a receive my monthly box?

Your first box will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of purchase, members will then be charged on the 1st of every month and your box will be dispatched on the 15th of each month.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

The Cocktail Man hates goodbyes, but you can indeed cancel or pause your subscription at any point. All you need to do is click the link you receive when signing up or email us direct stating your desire to cancel or pause and we'll take care of the rest.

How do I change my delivery address?

Simply email us at hello@thecocktailman.co.uk with your new desired address and we will update this accordingly.

Delivery

What are the delivery options for the UK?

We can deliver to any UK address within 5-7 working days (up to 10 working days during busy periods) via Royal Mail, including the Channel Islands.

Will it fit through the letterbox?

Each kit from our shop with the packaging measures a maximum of 250 x 170 x 45mm. Sometimes the kits can be smaller depending on the width of the bottles used within. Should you require a letterbox friendly cocktail kit you can head over to our letterbox section.

How do I send my order to another address?

During checkout, input the recipients address details within the shipping section and this will ensure your gift is delivered to the desired address.

 

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What if I'm not happy with my order?

You can order in complete confidence; if you’re not 100% happy with your order or we miss an important delivery date, then we guarantee we’ll immediately put it right for you – refunding or replacing as appropriate. Please contact us here – we’re here to help.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All of our products have been thoroughly transit tested and carefully packed to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. In the event that your order does arrive damaged, please don’t worry. We guarantee we’ll put it right for you – replacing or refunding as appropriate.

Can I contact you about a gift I have received?

What happens if I change my mind?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and all of your purchases are covered by our No Excuses Guarantee. If you change your mind about the item(s) that you have ordered, please contact us here.

Can I see my order history?

To view your order history, you will first need to log in. Once logged in, you will see 'My Orders', by selecting this you can see your order history.

Where can I manage my addresses?

You will first need to log in with your email address and current password. Once logged in, you will see 'My Addresses', by selecting this you can update or add a new address.

Where can I manage my payment cards?

You will first need to log in with your email address and current password. Once logged in, you will see 'My Wallet', by selecting this you can remove or update your payment cards.

Checking, Amending & Cancelling

I placed an order but can't see this on my order history?

We recommend creating an account before placing an order to ensure your order history is saved, allowing you to see your order details.

How to find your order number?

Your order number will be a five digit code which will be visible upon completion of your order, an email order confirmation receipt will also be sent to you after your purchase.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

This is only possible if your order has not been completed at our Despatch centre. You should immediately contact us via email with your order number.

Are the cocktails really made by The Cocktail Man?

They certainly are, each cocktail is carefully curated by The Cocktail Man using his award-winning experience and mixology know how.

What is the difference between Letterbox and Luxury?

The letterbox cocktails are sent within packaging that can fit through the letterbox and includes the ingredients to make 4 cocktails. The luxury cocktail kits are sent via a premium gift box, with the ingredients to make 6 cocktails - we cannot guarantee that this will fit through the letterbox.

Are there age restrictions on your products?

You must be over 18 years old to purchase. By purchasing you are confirming you are over the age of 18. It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18 (Section 149, Licensing Act 2003). Please drink responsibly!
